Our Policies

By placing an order with Heavenly Grace,  the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering Information

  1. Orders can be placed online, by fax or by mail.  Orders will not be accepted via telephone.
  2. Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours from the date the order was placed. 
  3. Orders must be paid in full prior shipping.
  4. Checks returned will receive a $15.00 service charge fee.
  5. Orders over $200.00 will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping.
  6. Shipping charges for orders under $200.00 is the customer's responsibility. 
  7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  8. Prices and products subject to change without notice.
  9. Variations may occur due to raw material availability.
  10. Customers ordering personalized items must submit a clear document containing the information that will be personalized.  We prefer documents to be type printed in a readable standard size 12 font, but handwritten documents are acceptable.  Please print large and clearly.  Information requiring personalization may be submitted via e-mail.  Please place your order number on each document submitted to Heavenly Grace.
  11. Heavenly Grace is not responsible for errors made by the customer.
  12. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Heavenly Grace from any and all costs, expenses, losses, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be placed against Heavenly Grace.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours from the date the order was placed in order to receive 100% full refund. 
  2. Orders, excluding custom and personalized, can be cancelled after 24 hours from the date the order was placed, and 50% partial refund will be issued. 
  3. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the date the order was placed.

The following items are considered custom due to the nature of the products being individually handmade and made per order:  christening and special occassion attire, bibs, blankets, towels, decorated candles, decorated oil bottles, invitations, soaps, witness pins and favors.

RETURNS

  1. All sales are final.  
  2. Goods that have a manufacture defect may be returned.  Depending on the nature of the problem, Heavenly Grace will  either fix the defective problem and return it back to the customer,  or replace the defective merchandise at no cost, or offer an exchange on the defective merchandise for the same style or for another item, or issue a full refund.  Heavenly Grace will reimburse customer the cost of  return freight.
  3. Goods that were damaged during shipment may be returned.  Heavenly Grace will issue either a full refund or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost.
  4. Goods that were made in error by the staff of Heavenly Grace may be returned.  Heavenly Grace will issue either a full refund or replace the wrong item with the correct item at no cost.
  5. Customer returning goods due to damage, defect or an error  must place a tape pointing to the problem area found on the good.
  6. Returning goods must be postmarked on package within five days the customer received the goods.    Request for returns made over the telephone will not be accepted.  Heavenly Grace recommends customer in purchasing delivery confirmation and insurance coverage when returning goods.  (Delivery confirmation provides customer proof of delivery, and insurance coverage provides customer financial protection from damage and loss.)  Please note:  Heavenly Grace is not responsible for any damage and loss on shipment being returned.
  7. When returning goods, customer must submit a letter explaining the reason for the merchandise being returned, and attach the letter with the returned item.   Returned goods that has no letter attached will be returned back to the customer, and customer will incur additional shipping charges.
  8. Customer is responsible for return freight.
  9. Goods must be returned in its orginal package.  Packages and goods that were damaged during shipment, must also be returned in order for the shipping carrier to verify the extent of the damage.
  10. Please include all items when returning goods sold as a set, i.e. bonnet and dress.  Items missing from a set will be deducted from the customer's credit being issued.
  11. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied on goods that are returned for any reason other than damaged or defective goods. 
  12. Shipping charges will be refunded only when an error has been made by Heavenly Grace. 
  13. Heavenly Grace insures all packages when being shipped with a delivery confirmation notice and insurance.  Once the packages leave from Heavenly Grace and is entrusted into the shipping carrier's hands, Heavenly Grace is not in control of the delivery process.  In an event the shipping carrier had a delay that prevented the goods being delivered by the event, Heavenly Grace will issue only a refund on the shipping cost.   Please note:  Due to extra security measures in shipping packages out, there is no guarantee on the arrival of packages.  Please order early to avoid delays.
  14. The staff at Heavenly Grace have the right to inspect all returned items.  If the staff at Heavenly Grace finds the returned good has no damage, the returned good does not have a manufacturer defect, the returned good was not made in error by Heavenly Grace,  and the returned good showed sign of use or alteration by the customer, credit will not be issued on the returned good, and the customer will incur additional shipping charges for the item being returned back to the customer.

EXCHANGES.

  1. No exchanges on custom and personalized orders.
  2. Orders, excluding custom and personalized, can be exchanged with the same style or with another item within five days the customer received the goods.   Price will be adjusted accordingly to the new exchange.
  3. When exchanging goods, customer must submit a letter explaining the reason for the merchandise being exchanged for, and attach the letter with the returned item.   Exchanged goods that has no letter attached will be returned back to the customer, and customer's will incur additional shipping charges.  

Please plan ahead and allow enough time for adjustments on returns, corrections, exchanges and/or replacements to occur particularly during seasonal months (May to October), and holiday seasons. 

 

Shipping Information

  1. All orders over $200.00 will receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping.
  2. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on orders under $200.00. 
  3. International shipping is available.
  4. All U.S. and Canada orders will be shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground unless customer requests otherwise.
  5. All orders shipped will be insured.
  6. All orders shipped will have a delivery confirmation number.  Customers will receive delivery confirmation number via e-mail or fax.   Customers may use this delivery confirmation number to track their order.
  7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
